Huzells and Tunga Delar have merged. After almost three years together as sister companies under the same group umbrella, Huzells and Tunga Delar have now merged the companies as of November 1. In recent years, the businesses have slowly come closer together, and now the time was ripe for us to unite as a company with an organization number.
Huzells and Tunga Delar are two strong, well-known and established companies in the same industry. We are keen that both company names can live on, therefore it was an easy decision to merge the names and thereby unite in our new company name – Huzells Tunga Delar.
The logo gives us a clear connection to the initials H & T, which together form a stylized rear axle, the symbol of heavy traffic!
In July, we took the first step in the merger by introducing a new graphic profile, and a new common name. However, in the period from 19 July until now, we have remained two separate legal entities. Now, on 1 November, when we take the next step, we will also share the organization number, banking services, postal address, etc. If you are already a customer or supplier to us, you have probably already received information about this to your email address.
